C'est La Vie

C'est la vie.

Such is life.

"Such is life" means nothing but everything.

It is a very French way of thinking.

The French have been through a lot throughout  history.

They have learned the hard way that "such is life".

I guess having to see other French people getting their heads chopped off daily in the town square will do that to you.

C'est la vie.

That is just the way it is.

The French know that no matter what you may want to happen life will decide, in the end, what you get.

People get up everyday to find that life for them has changed just like that and there is not a damn thing they can do about it.

Which is hard but such is life.

We rage,

Rage,

and rage but that's just how the cookie crumbles.

Fine.

So the French say "c'est la vie" and keep it moving.

We, non-French people, could learn a lot from the French and we might have less heart attacks.

Fine.

But

Then we have the people who say such is life and sit back in a horrible life situation and behave as if there is nothing that can be done when that is not true.

Some people allow small or/and big things that can truly be changed to continue.

That is not "such is life".

That is giving up on life.

Things that can be changed should be changed.

People seem to think that every change is going to end up badly but most of the time change is a good thing.

When companies change a product do they strive to make a product that is a downgrade from their present product?

No.

They make changes that are new and improved.

That is what change should be.

New and improved.

So do not "c'est la vie" when you could be living a new and improved life.

Why "such is life" when you can become a new and improved product?

Some people give up way too easy.

The French seen a lot of heads roll.

The French seen so many heads roll that the women started wearing a scarlet red ribbon around their neck as a fashion statement.

People die.

Heads roll.

Life goes on.

But if your head is not going to truly "roll" why not try change and become new and improved?

If not "c'est la vie".

Such is life.
